1. The promoter is Maxvue PTY LTD 64 914 610 867 trading as Vue Apartments and Cairns Five Star whose registered office is at Unit 10, 155 Esplanade Cairns QLD 4870

2. The prize offered in the competiton is as follows: The winner will receive a voucher a three consecutive night stay in a one bedroom apartment at one of the following Cairns Five Star apartments: Vue Trinity Beach, WatersEdge Cairns, Vision Cairns. In addition the winner will receive a voucher for 2 persons to enjoy a Get High Down Under package including reef cruise aboard Evolution from Down Under Cruise and Dive, plus a 10 minute scenic tour with Nautilus Aviation Helicopters – see for package details. Any additional charges incurred are to be paid by the winner.

3. Employees of Maxvue and Down Under Cruise and Dive or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

6. Prize vouchers will be supplied electronically to the winner by Maxvue and be valid until 31 Dec 2019. Maxvue and Down Under Cruise and Dive (operator of Evolution Day Tours and co promoter of Nautilus Aviation scenic flights) reserve all rights regarding bookings for the accommodation and the Get High Down Under package, respectively.

7. Travel is not included in the prize. Reservations for Vue Apartments and Get High Down Under package must be made in advance and are subject to availability. At the discretion of the promoter blackout dates for reservations may apply for long weekends, public holidays, school holidays and other peak seasons.

8. Once reservations are made, cancellations or changes must be received 72 hours in advance of arrival or the voucher will be deemed ‘used’.

9. Closing date for entry will be 15th Apr 2019 at 2pm (UTC + 10). After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
